Commercial and Residential Real Estate: Mike has experience in a wide range of real estate litigation and transactional law issues, including but not limited to, landlord/tenant (leases, evictions), purchases and sales, judicial foreclosures, Trustee’s Sales, breach of real estate contracts, homeowner’s association law, easement law (formation and litigation), adverse possession law and other boundary dispute matters.
Business, Contract, Collections and Construction Law: Mike has experience with Business formation (including limited liability companies "LLC's" and associated operating agreements), and business dissolution issues. He also has significant experience with construction law, collections and general contract law.
Personal Injury and Accident Law
As a former insurance defense litigation attorney and frequent arbitrator for personal injury and premises liability cases, Mike has an understanding of how insurance companies operate and, if a case does not settle, how to prepare and take a case to trial if necessary. Mike has significant experience with complex, high financial exposure personal injury cases; he can handle all cases, from simple to complex.
