Michael W. Capp has been a civil litigation and transactional attorney since 1994.  Mike graduated from the Creighton University School of Law in 1994; attending from 1991-1994.  From 1994-2001, Mike was an insurance defense litigation attorney with a Tucson law firm, primarily litigating complex, high financial exposure lawsuits, including personal injury and premises liability lawsuits.  From 2001-2002, Mike practiced law in Denver, Colorado with a large law firm, continuing his legal focus in the areas of civil litigation and transactional work.  In 2002, Mike began practicing law in Tucson again, focusing in the areas of civil litigation and transactional work, mostly in real estate, business, contract law and personal injury litigation.  In 2004 he became a partner/owner of a local law firm and has been either a partner and/or owner of a law firm until he opened his own law firm on January 1, 2016.  Mike continues to practice law in civil litigation and transactional work in the areas of real estate, business, collections, construction, general contract, personal injury and accident law


Prior to becoming an attorney in 1994, Mike was a commercial real estate broker for 7-years with a national real estate firm in southern California.


Mike graduated from the University of Arizona in 1984, with a degree in business administration, double majoring in finance and real estate.  He played on the intercollegiate tennis teams for the University of Arizona and Fresno State University.  Mike still plays and teaches tennis as a hobby and enjoys many outdoor activities including biking, hiking and skiing like an “old guy”.
